What is K-TREATS?

K-TREATS is a monthly Korean snack box that delivers an exciting mix of sweet, savory, crunchy, and unique treats from Korea straight to your door.
Every box features a new selection of snacks chosen to give you a taste of Korea’s diverse snack culture.
Each delivery comes with a snack guide so you can learn more about what you are tasting and why it is special.

Subscription Plan

Do you provide allergen information or offer customized boxes for dietary restrictions?

At the moment, we do not offer customized boxes to accommodate specific dietary restrictions.

However, every K-TREATS box includes a leaflet with English translations of the common allergens listed on each snack’s original packaging, so you can review the information before enjoying the treats.

Please note that this information may not be fully comprehensive, and we cannot guarantee that all snacks will be suitable for everyone with allergies.

How long does it take to arrive my place?

Your box will be prepared and shipped out within 3~5 business days.

The estimated delivery time depends on your location. You can check the shipping detail with your tracking number which you will be emailed.

Is there any affiliate program?

If you are influencer, please send a message to us!

Subscription

Is my K-TREATS subscription cancelable at any time?

Yes, subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account.

To do so, please visit the My Account section of our website and select Subscriptions under Account Details.

Cancellation will prevent any future charges. Please be aware that all completed payments are non-refundable, including prepaid plans and charges for the current subscription period.

When does my subscription renew?

Your subscription is automatically renewed on the same day of the month that your original order was placed.

Shipping

Do you ship to the United States?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship orders to customers in the United States.

Due to a combination of import requirements, increased tariffs, and ongoing logistical challenges, shipping our boxes to the U.S. is not possible at this time.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping costs depend on your location and are not included in the base subscription price.

The exact shipping fee will be calculated and displayed during checkout, so you can review it before completing your payment.

When will my box be shipped out?

Once your order is placed, your box will be prepared and shipped out within 3~5 business days.

The estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. As soon as your box ships from Korea, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to check the delivery status at any time.

For customers on 3, 6, or 12month prepaid subscription plans, please note that starting from the second box, shipments are prioritized and sent out in our first shipping batch, ahead of Monthly Plan orders.

If your box has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact your local post office using the tracking number, or reach out to our support team for assistance.

What should I do if my box is damaged upon arrival?

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. While we take great care to ensure every box arrives in perfect condition, parts of the shipping process are unfortunately beyond our control.

If your box arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer support team. To help us address the issue promptly, we kindly ask that you include photos when contacting us.

Billing & Payment

Which payment options are available?

You can pay using most major credit cards or PayPal.

All payments are handled through a secure checkout system.

Prepaid cards and debit cards may also be accepted, although they may occasionally be declined depending on card issuer restrictions or available balance - please verify your card details before using them.

What currency do you charge in?

Prices for K-TREATS are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Because exchange rates vary, the exact amount in your local currency may differ.

When do I get billed for my subscription?

Your first payment is charged at the time of purchase.

For renewals, billing occurs on the same day of the month (or billing period) as your original subscription date.

Please note that all billing is based on Korea Standard Time (KST), so the date may appear slightly different depending on your local time zone.

You can check your next billing date at any time through your account.

Are there any customs fees or taxes I may be required to pay?

Customs regulations and tax policies differ from country to country.

In the event that customs fees or taxes are applied upon delivery, we kindly ask for your understanding that these charges are not included and must be paid by the recipient.

Import taxes and customs fees are set by your local authorities, and we’re unable to influence or adjust them.

Terms & Policies

What is the refund policy?

All payments for subscription boxes and related services are final and non-refundable. To prevent renewal charges, please cancel your subscription prior to the next billing date.

We may also suspend accounts or shipments if a payment dispute or suspected fraud is reported by your card issuer or PayPal.

If you have questions about billing or refunds, please contact our support team for further assistance.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
